The BUSINESS BOX concept combines modern minimalist design with a range of functional extras. Whether it is the lighting of the space, the addition of a garage door, a wallbox or a security camera, all of these can be implemented in the covered parking structure.

Of course, there is a wide range of material solutions to enclose the covered parking space. For those looking for a sense of privacy, we have a choice of quality cladding materials such as bond or HPL boards, aluminium or wooden slats. If you want to keep your vehicle in sight, you can choose from a range of safety glass options. Or perhaps you have an idea of your own? We have a solution for those cases too.

To keep you and your vehicle dry, the BUSINESS BOX covered parking space is equipped with a full-size gutter and downspout. So no more unloading and loading luggage in a hurry, even in the rain.

The Car Penthouse project builds on Clearmont’s more than 20 years of experience in glass and metal construction, combining design, unusual solutions and modern technology into one. In this way, the carport becomes your garage with style.

The range of designs, construction solutions and accessories will be continuously updated and innovated according to customer expectations and the definition of what is possible. At the client’s request, we will also create a completely individual design and concept for the Car Penthouse covered parking garage.

Lighting of the covered parking space for perfect comfort when boarding and handling luggage. For safe parking we offer lighting of the vertical edges of the covered parking space.

Security cameras

For those who want to keep an eye on their vehicle while parking. The installation of the cameras is subject to the availability of electrical power and connectivity. Possibility of adding motion sensors and connection to EZS.

Garage doors

Covered parking Business box allows the installation of sectional garage doors with manual or electric control.

Wallbox

For fans of electromobility we offer the possibility of installing a wallbox. Installation is subject to the availability of electrical power.

On request, we will design and install solar panels in cooperation with an expert contractor, which can power both the lighting and the other equipment of the covered stand.

Stylish accessories

From time to time, a candy pops up among the standard requests of our clients, which is completely out of the ordinary portfolio of orders.

An example of this is the display stand for a vintage Jawa Mustang motorcycle, which we designed and produced for our VIP client in record time.
